Representative Experience

Ms. Lyons' practice focuses on the preparation of estate planning documents, including, but not limited to, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Beneficiary Deeds and Domestic Partnership Agreements. She also incorporates the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.

Heather assists clients with informal and formal probates of decedent's estates. She commences Guardianship and Conservatorship proceedings for clients with a family member who lacks capacity and needs protection.
