Representative Experience

Mary Pryor is a Shareholder with The Cavanagh Law Firm. She received her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University (magna cum laude; Order of the Coif) in 1995. She concentrates her practice in the defense of all types of medical malpractice, professional liability, pharmaceutical, product liability, and other insurance defense cases. She is admitted to practice in Arizona state court, the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mary has a strong background in health care and a strong interest in all aspects of health care law, medical liability, and pharmaceutical and medical product liability. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University (magna cum laude) in 1985, Mary worked as a Registered Nurse for over six years. She continued her health care focus by obtaining a Master of Health Services Administration degree from Arizona State University (summa cum laude) in 1995, along with her law degree.

Mary currently is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
