Biography

Ms. List is a litigation associate with the firm who represents clients in a wide range of health care related matters. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice, licensing board matters, and products liability.

Ms. List was born in Tucson, Arizona, and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated summa cum laude from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry in 2019. During college, Ms. List served as a peer mentor for Residential Life, was an active member of the Academic Honor Council, and completed her thesis on CAR T Cells As A Patentable Therapeutic.

Ms. List returned to Arizona for law school where she earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, cum laude, graduating with certificates in Health Law & Policy and Law, Science and Technology with a focus in Intellectual Property. Throughout law school, Ms. List engaged in a variety of extracurricular legal experiences. Ms. List served as a Note & Comment Editor and an active member of the Write-On Committee for the law journal, Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology; a teaching assistant for Legal Advocacy; a student mentor for the Advance Scholar Program; and a member of the Health Law Society and the Intellectual Property Student Association.

Additionally, she worked as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Anthony Porcelli in The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where she worked on both civil and criminal matters, and at the Lisa Foundation Patent Law Clinic, where she worked on drafting patents, office actions, and filing trademark applications with the USPTO.

In her free time, Ms. List enjoys reading mystery novels, hiking, playing pickleball, and cooking for her friends and family.
