NLRB Poster Requirement Delayed Until April 30.
Based on a lawsuit challenging the requirement that all employers post a notice of rights under the National Labor Relations Act, the NLRB has agreed to postpone implementation of the new poster requirement until April 30, 2012.

28The Arizona Minimum Wage will increase to $7.65 per hour for 2012. This increase is based on a 3.8% increase in the federal consumer price index.
