OSHA Posting Requirement

Employers, unless exempt from OSHA posting and recordkeeping requirements, must post the OSHA Form 300A Summary of Job-Related Illnesses and Injuries by February 1 each year and keep it posted through April 30.  The Form 300A must be posted in a visible location where employees can see it.   Companies with multiple locations must have separate records for each location.
