Balderrama

Ms. Balderrama is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on insurance defense and medical malpractice. Ms. Balderrama has experience in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and criminal prosecution of misdemeanor offenses.

Ms. Balderrama graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2019. During law school, Ms. Balderrama served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, received a CALI Award in Negotiation of Employment and Separation Agreements, and participated in the Intellectual Property Clinic. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2014.

She is well versed in the professional use of Spanish in legal settings.
