Jasmine Carpenter is a member of the Firm’s Insurance Practice Group focusing on insurance coverage and defense litigation. Jasmine comes from an insurance defense litigation background beginning in Florida where she defended insurance companies in residential property and auto matters for over a decade. She is experienced in all aspects of insurance defense litigation and prides herself on her strategic and tailored approach which allows her to obtain favorable outcomes for her clients. Currently, Jasmine assists commercial and residential insurance companies in navigating complex coverage issues via analysis and interpretation of contracts and policy language.

Jasmine graduated from North Carolina Central University in 2011 and Barry University School of Law in 2014. She has been recognized in 2021 as a Lawyer of Distinction for her Excellence in Civil Litigation and in 2017 as a National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Jasmine maintains active licenses to practice law in Florida, Texas and Arizona and continues to focus on delivering skilled and detail-oriented counsel to her clients.
