Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Mr. Coll served as a United States Marine Corps Infantry member, with a combat deployment to Iraq and a humanitarian mission to Haiti, providing aid in the aftermath of the earthquake disaster. Following his military service, Mr. Coll graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2024.

Outside of work, Mr. Coll enjoys quality time with his wife and daughter, stays active through exercise, and enthusiastically supports live theater and the Arizona Cardinals.
