Biography
Mr. Godfrey joined the firm as a litigation associate in 2024. His practice is primarily focused on construction defect and general liability matters.
Although originally from Minnesota, Mr. Godfrey grew up in Glendale, Arizona attending college at Arizona State University where he graduated summa cum laude with both a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning.
Mr. Godfrey went on to attend law school at the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, graduating in 2021. In law school Mr. Godfrey was an active member of the Civil Rights Restoration Clinic and served as the Senior Note Editor for law college’s Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Godfrey served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona Department of Economic Security and as an attorney at a boutique insurance defense firm, specializing in construction and products related litigation.
In his free time, Mr. Godfrey enjoys exercising, playing guitar, spending time with his family, friends, and Bulldog, Ruth, and cheering on the Phoenix Suns.
