Arizona SALT Newsletter Vol. 57
Governor Hobbs recently signed SB 1430, the Tax Corrections Act of 2026, which makes several technical corrections and a couple of substantive changes to Arizona's tax laws. Substantive changes include eliminating the longstanding requirement that cash equivalents, precious metal bullion, and monetized bullion must be sold "to the ultimate consumer" to qualify for an exemption from Arizona's retail sales and use taxes.
