Jordan R. Plitt Elected Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel
The Cavanagh Law Firm is proud to announce that Shareholder Jordan R. Plitt has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC).
Established in 2012, the ACCC is an invitation-only organization of senior lawyers who represent the interests of both insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes. Fellows are selected through a rigorous peer-review process and must have devoted the majority of their practice to insurance disputes for at least 15 years. Election to the College places Jordan among the most prominent members of the insurance law bar in the United States and Canada.
Jordan leads a nationwide coverage practice from our Phoenix office, serves as Senior Author/Editor of Couch on Insurance, 3d, teaches insurance law at the University of Arizona College of Law, and chairs the State Bar of Arizona's Insurance Institute.
