Daniel L. Marks


Representative Experience

Danny Marks is an associate attorney with the firm’s employment law practice group.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marks served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Brown of the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Mr. Marks received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law.  At Nebraska, he was published by the Nebraska Law Review Bulletin and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Pretrial Litigation, Remedies & Damages, and Criminal Procedure.  Mr. Marks was a member of the law school’s national trial team, a finalist in the law school’s first-year client counseling competition, and a semi-finalist for the school’s Grether moot court competition.  Because of his contributions to the school’s advocacy programs, he was admitted to The Order of Barristers.  Mr. Marks received his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
