Victoria (Tori) Kelly is a Senior Member at The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A.. Her practice focuses on insurance defense and coverage, first part insurance controversies and commercial litigation.

Ms. Kelly attended the University of Kansas, where she received her Bachelor of Applied Behavioral Sciences with distinction. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kelly volunteered her time to youth truancy prevention and diversion programs, and she worked in legislation with the Colorado State Senate.

Ms. Kelly received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law – Arizona State University. While in law school, she was involved in moot court and was a member of the Women Law Students Association.

Ms. Kelly’s personal interests include playing kickball with friends, traveling and rooting for the Jayhawks (Rock Chalk!).
