Victoria (Tori) Kelly is an attorney in a firm, working mainly as a litigation associate. Her practice focuses on insurance defense and coverage, first party insurance controversies, products liability, toxic torts with asbestos cases, premises liability suits, and conducting special investigations concerning insurance matters.
Ms. Kelly grew up in the state of Colorado, but she went to college in Kansas at the University of Kansas, where she completed her Bachelor in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis on Youth Development and Juvenile Justice with Distinction. While at school, Kelly devoted time to Douglas County Youth Services Truancy Prevention and Diversion Program as well as working for the Colorado State Senate as a Legislative Aide. On top of that, during law school, she was part of moot court events and the Women Law Students Association and also took on an internship with a firm.
In Kelly's leisure time she likes watching documentaries and playing kickball or flag football along with rooting for her Jayhawks.
