Erica Kuhn is an Associate Attorney at The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including insurance defense and coverage issues. Prior to joining Cavanagh, Erica practiced in Cochise County, Arizona, where she represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters and advised clients on complex legal issues involving insurance, contractual obligations, business disputes, and regulatory matters.

Erica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she attended on a full-tuition merit scholarship. During law school, she earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Insurance Law, was a member of the Arizona Journal of International Law, and was selected as an Ayres Fellow.
