Mr. Rakow acts as a Trustee in a number of substantial Irrevocable Trusts and provides a full panoply of services in that regard. Mr. Rakow’s practice involves advising clients concerning estate and trust matters including providing complex estate planning advice.  Mr. Rakow also acts as the Manager of entities that own and operate companies and provides wide ranging business, legal and other related advice with regard to day-to-day activities.  Mr. Rakow also maintains a concierge’s practice representing a select and limited group of clients with regard to any and all questions, concerns, matters or problems that they may have.  He is available to assist, advise and counsel those clients whenever requested.  Finally, Mr. Rakow previously represented The Westcor Company in connection with their development and operation of regional shopping centers in Arizona.
