Mr. Haynes works as a litigation associate for the firm, where he represents clients in a variety of situations. His practice is concentrated on insurance defense, commercial litigation, and construction defect. After working as a law clerk for Colorado's 19th Judicial District in 2022, Mr. Haynes joined the firm.

Mr. Haynes graduated with honors distinction in 2021 from The University of Iowa College of Law. Mr. Haynes worked as a research assistant while attending law school, offered legal assistance at the Iowa Legal Clinic, and won the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence. Mr. Haynes was raised in Kansas and graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He received the Political Science Department's highest GPA upon graduating summa cum laude. In his spare time, Mr. Haynes likes to watch movies, go on vacation and spend time with his wife.
