
In 1993, Todd graduated with degrees in Japanese and Sociology from Brigham Young University and went on to attend the J. Reuben Clark Law school, where he graduated with honors and was on the National Moot Court Team. As a member of the firm Todd’s practice focuses on distressed debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization and commercial litigation. Todd is licensed to practice in Arizona and Nevada.
Todd has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation mediation, discovery requests/responses, dispositive motion practice and trial. Todd was also the principal author of the appellate brief in the case of Dawson v. Withycombe.
Todd regularly litigates business disputes, commercial litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Todd is also involved in commercial transactions, including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements and corporate structuring.
Todd has represented clients ranging from billion dollar real property companies, to franchise owners to single property owners. His diverse practice allows representation of clients facing multi-faceted issues.
