Ms. Cheney practices primarily in commercial real estate.  Her experience includes representing commercial landlords in various landlord/tenant matters including the litigation of forcible entry and detainer actions, handling civil proceedings to enforce lease provisions, conducting landlord lien sales and addressing defaults arising in commercial lease agreements.  Ms. Cheney also represents creditors in enforcement and collection of judgments.
