Hamilton

A senior attorney at the firm, Ms. Hamilton only works in the realm of family law and has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 1992. She is proficient in handling sophisticated divorce cases, commonly involving matters of business valuation, as well as other forensic topics. Furthermore, Ms. Hamilton is well-versed in legal disputes involving custody and deals with subjects such as child support, paternity, living together before marriage and prenuptial agreements.

Ms. Hamilton is the past president of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and a part of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AZAFCC). She spent approximately eight years on the Executive Board for the aforementioned section, functioned on the Judicial Training Committee for Family Law Judges and was humbled to be chosen as a Senior Fellow, Litigation Counsel of America. Additionally, Ms. Hamilton has earned an Order of Justitia with over 100 jury and/or bench trials and/or arbitrations that have seen a verdict or resolution.
