Eric M. Davis is an associate attorney at The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A., where his practice focuses on insurance defense and bad faith coverage litigation in both Arizona and California. He has experience handling construction defect disputes, automobile accident claims, and other complex liability matters. In addition to personal injury work, Eric has represented professionals, including loan officers and others, in civil defense cases.

Born in New York and raised in Arizona, Eric earned his B.A. in Business with a concentration in Law from Arizona State University before graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2021 with a Certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law with honors.

Outside of his practice, Eric is committed to pro bono service. He has volunteered with the Fund Protection Clinic for Lawyers for Good Government, helping nonprofit organizations protect federal grant funding and ensure compliance with oversight requirements. Through this work, he has supported grantees focused on environmental justice, housing, and social services.

Eric has been licensed to practice law in California since 2022. He passed the Arizona Bar Examination in February 2025 and is currently pending admission in Arizona.

In his free time, Eric enjoys following his favorite New York sports teams — the Mets, Jets, Knicks, and Rangers. He also produces music in Ableton, DJs, and spends time at the gym. At home, he loves hanging out with his two cats, Scrappy and Shaggy.
