Biography
Karen Stafford focuses on insurance coverage, insurance bad faith court cases, typical commercial litigation, and appellate law. She provides guidance to customers on a broad spectrum of intricate insurance matters, including primary-party possession claims, third-party accountability claims and bad faith activities. Karen has experience with every aspect of civil litigation and trial preparations.
Karen earned her degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and flourished while there. As a staff author and research editor of the Arizona State University Law Journal, she also assumed a role in the direction of several pro bono companies. Additionally, she has consumed the position of adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
