Chrisanne Gultz is an associate attorney at The Cavanagh Law Firm. Her practice focuses on litigation and defending employers in state and federal court and administrative agencies against allegations of employment discrimination and harassment, including issues related to Title VII, FMLA, ADA, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights laws. She also counsels employers on compliance with various state and federal employment laws. Prior to joining The Cavanagh Law Firm, Ms. Gultz represented a range of clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through discovery and even trial, having served as second chair counsel in two jury trials. Her most notable trial accomplishment secured a defense verdict on claims of Title VII Gender Discrimination and Defamation where the plaintiff requested nearly $7 million in damages.
A proud Sun Devil, Ms. Gultz graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Journal for Social Justice and a board member of the Women Law Students’ Association. She also competed in the ABA Representation in Mediation Regional Moot Court Competition. Ms. Gultz earned her undergraduate degree from Barrett, the Honors College, where she studied Political Science and defended a thesis.
