Representative Experience
Mr. Brown focuses his practice on family law and domestic relations at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Brown manages complex litigation involving interstate jurisdictional disputes, characterization and equitable division of assets, support issues, premarital agreements, and approaches child-related issues with a creative mind keeping children front and center.
Mr. Brown joined the firm after clerking for Chief Justice Scott Bales at the Arizona Supreme Court. While in law school, Mr. Brown worked with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
