Biography

Mr. Brown concentrates in the areas of family law and domestic relations, recognizing that each case is driven by the facts of that particular situation. In addition premarital and postmarital agreements, Mr. Brown's practice encompasses interstate jurisdictional disputes, property characterization and support issues, as well as child-related matters. Mr. Brown also manages complex custody matters with a creative mind, keeping children front and center. Mr. Brown also handles appeals and special actions, and keeps abreast of emergent trends in the law, whether through recent legislation, or new cases interpreting novel or unanswered questions of law.

Mr. Brown is on the Family Law Executive Council through the State Bar of Arizona, and teaches Continuing Legal Education courses at the state and county levels on various aspects of family law.
