Representative Experience

Parker Bunch is a Member at The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A.  His practice involves insurance coverage and litigation.  He analyzes complex claims and coverage issues in both first and third-party claims arising out of various lines of insurance in states around the country.  Parker also represents insurers in declaratory judgment actions, bad faith lawsuits, and litigates matters involving Damron/Morris Agreements in both state and federal court.

He is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and serves on its Board of Directors.

Parker obtained his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2017, graduating cum laude.  In law school, Parker was a member of the Arizona Law Review, captain on the law school’s Jessup Moot Court team, and a member of the school’s  Intellectual Property Clinic.  He received CALI Awards in Property and Legal Ethics, as well as awards for written and oral advocacy.  He graduated magna cum laude from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2014.
