Representative Experience

Victoria (Tori) is a litigation associate with the firm where she represents clients in a  wide range of matters.  She focuses her practice on insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, first party insurance disputes, products liability, toxic tort matters involving asbestos, premises liability, and insurance special investigations.

Ms. Kelly was born and raised in Colorado but moved to Kansas for college where she graduated from the University of Kansas with Distinction.  At the University of Kansas, Tori obtained her Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Youth Development and Juvenile Justice.  During college, Tori volunteered with the Douglas County Youth Services Truancy Prevention and Diversion Program and worked for the Colorado State Senate as a Legislative Aide.  During law school, Tori participated in moot court, the Women’s Law Student Association, and clerked at the Firm.  In her free time, Tori enjoys watching documentaries, playing kickball and flag football, and cheering on her Jayhawks.
