Biography

Paige Kemper is a passionate advocate at all stages of general civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, property damage, construction, and complex business litigation. She has appeared in a wide range of proceedings in State District Courts, State Supreme Courts, and several federal District Courts for the United States. In addition to her more focused practice, Ms. Kemper has experience in a diverse range of civil litigation, including breach of contract, real property disputes, products liability, and equine litigation. Through her practice, she prioritizes client relationships and vehemently represents clients in all aspects of litigation, including written pleadings, pre-trial dispositive motions, oral arguments, written discovery, depositions, trial, and settlement negotiations.  

Ms. Kemper was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona. She received her Juris Doctorate as a Merit Scholar from Oklahoma City University School of Law, summa cum laude. During her time at Oklahoma City University, she received the CALI of Excellence for the Future Award in Contract Law and Criminal Procedure. She was also distinguished on the Dean and Faculty Honor Rolls. During her second and third years at law school, Ms. Kemper worked as an Academic Fellow for Oklahoma City University, teaching first-year students in both Contract Law and Civil Practice and Procedure.
